Equip the Leader
A three-month experiential training in leading disciple making small groups and 1-on-discipleship.
- For: Lay leaders, small group leaders, elders, and other influential leaders
- Date: February - April 2026
- Day/time: Monday night, 6:00-8:00 pm CST
- Format: Synchronous online sessions
- Content: Disciple Making and Spiritual Foundation
- Cost: $1,500 per person or $3,000 for three
The objective is to equip disciple makers to replicate this training process in your church.
Equip the Staff
A six-month immersive experience in creating and sustaining a disciple making church culture.
- For: Current staff, onboarding new staff, and future staff
- Date: September 2026 – April 2027
- Days/time: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:00-1:00 pm CST
- Format: In person or synchronous online sessions
- Content: Spiritual Foundation, Developing Disciple Making Cultures, Church Alignment, Church Leadership, and Essential Doctrine
- Cost: $6,000 per person
The objective is to equip church staff to lead and align a disciple making culture throughout the church.
Equip the Church Planter
A ten-month working partnership with church planters to identify, develop, and execute the message AND the methods of Jesus through a simple, doable, and reproducible church planting process.
- For: Church planters with or without a 'sending' church
- Date: September 2026 - June 2027
-Days/time: Three, two hour sessions, per week - times TBD
- Format: In person or synchronous online sessions
- Content: Readiness Assessment(s), Funding, Core Team Development, Strategic Plan (pre & post launch), Working Budge (two years), Boot Camp, Interim Elder Board, content areas included in Equip the Staff
-Cost: $9,000 per person
The objective is to equip church planters to successfully launch and lead churches committed to making disciples who make disciples.
