Real Life Residency Areas of Focus
Our residency focuses on what you need to know, now. We will not concern ourselves with what you might need to know later. There will be a time for that, later. Together, we will focus on these six areas:

Spiritual Foundation - We will deepen and broaden our worship, our prayer, our awareness of the Holy Spirit, our understanding of calling, and our ability to communicate our thoughts and our heart.

Disciple Making Culture - Who is discipling you? How are you being changed by King Jesus? Who are you discipling? How is King Jesus using you to change someone else? What is the environment you are creating? These answers are creating your culture.

Church Alignment - What does every event, every ministry, every budget look like when everyone shares the same one objective, to make disciple makers?

Leadership - Develop the skills needed to daily cast vision, lead through change and resolve the inevitable conflict in a growing church family.

Essential Doctrine - A biblical foundation is the only way our houses will survive the rain, the floods, and the winds that are headed our way, right now, today.

Church Planting - Build up all of this from the ground up, step by step, beginning day one.
EQUIP THE LEADER:
Three Month Investment
A three month experiential training in making disciples 1-on-1 and in small groups.
For: Lay leaders, small group leaders, elders, and other influential leaders
Date: February – April 2026
Days/time: Monday and Tuesday nights, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, CST
Format: Synchronous online sessions
Content: Disciple Making and Spiritual Foundation
Cost: $3,000 per person
The objective is to equip disciple makers to replicate this training process in your church.
