When does the next Real Life Residency begin?
The next cohorts will begin in September of 2026. The application process is currently open.
How long is the residency?
Equip the Church Planter is ten months long. Equip the Staff is six months long. Equip the Leader is three months long.
What if I am already a full-time staff member of a church?
Many of our residents are already on staff in a variety of disciple-making roles.
What is your statement of faith?
We adhere to Real Life Ministries Texas Statement of Beliefs, which can be found here.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes! You may attend in person or virtually. We typically have residents in attendance from across the country.
What is the time commitment?
Equip the Church Planter and Equip the Staff includes 3, two-hour blocks of 'face time', assignments, and ministry application
Can I join the residency if I am not on staff at a church?
Yes! Anyone interested in being discipled, making disciples, and leading disciples are welcome to apply.
